“Best Hyatt buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Salvador and Luna the spitting alpaca. Ryan’s garden tour at dusk.” Flagship stay of the California road trip.
“45 degrees outside. Pull shower Janett called military style. Programmable bed warmers set to 7. Rob set up the sofa bed while we were at dinner.” Best night of the trip.
“Family pulled in skeptical. Dad lit the fireplace. Complete 180. Great base for SLO — walkable, comfortable, and surprisingly good Central Coast value.”
“Mother’s Day weekend split stay — one cash night, one points night. Standard booked, Globalist upgrade both nights. Points below 1.7¢ target but holiday timing justified it.”
